As someone who used to make a container of black coffee before heading into the gym for workouts, I can safely say that I've now completely bought into the whole 'Pre-workout' life, and at the listed price it's definitely a win-win. I know what you're thinking "There's more caffeine in pre-workout than your normal cup of black coffee." Yes, this is true, but the added extras like Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Tyrosine, make this worth the buck. Plus the taste is miles better than a cup of straight black before a workout. The cola flavour tastes like fizzy cola bottles and definitely worked wonders, I’ve tried a lot of ore workouts before but would definitely recommend this one! Fruit Punch flavour - I start drinking 15 minutes before gym (with my BCAA, Alpha Men and Creatine tablets), and in the first 20 minutes of session, . It gives you that kick-start on a day when you are struggling and on the good days, helps you power on and on. A delicious flavour, I wholly recommend. I have recently shared scoops with a couple of friends and they were buying their own the following day. What I really like about this flavour is it is one of the most natural tasting and has no overwhelming sweetened after-taste. Sometimes in the gym supplement consumption some things are consumed with a grimace but, I actually look forward to drinking this pre-workout. Excellent product.Goes Well With:Any tablets you may need to take.

Been using this for over a month now (5 times a week) switch between this and the monohydrate creatine. The taste is really good but the product itself does a fantastic job at boosting energy levels extremely fast making your workout a lot easier, in my case it reduced a lot of fatigue I might feel half way through a workout. Would not use any other preworkout absolutely fantastic. Goes Well With:Mixed in with water (I use the big Myprotein shaker which works excellent with this) if not a dry shot then a glass of water works just as well and kicks in much faster

Got the Pre-Workout a few weeks back and only getting to try it tonight before running! The blue raspberry flavour is the one I got and it is absolutely amazing, Flavour is on point, I was a bit apprehensive about trying this but so glad I did, very happy with this purchase!!! 💪🏼

I've tried a few Pre-workouts and this stuff is the best, seriously. The taste works very well and you just mix with water for it to be effective, one scoop before the gym and you feel amazing, can max them reps and sets, 100% worth a try. Goes Well With:water, juice, squash
