I used to drink a simple protein mix before my trainings (squash), but after switching to pre:pare, it gave quite a kick. Endurance has really gone up, heart rate down, and I felt less fatigued. I'm sticking with it. The berry flavor is quite nice, it mixes good with milk and has a nice creamy taste. The only thing is, I had to skip my pre-session espresso, because the amount of caffeine is a bit overdosed that way. Goes Well With: milk - don't drink coffee with it

I've only started to take this four days ago before my morning run and all I can say is it has helped a lot. A never took anything before my run. This just gave me another boost of energy. I got the berry flavor. It is a bit sweet at the start but now I wouldn't even notice. I told my friend about this as she also run's.She has now started using the product. This stuff tastes like your poured water into a bot of Sherbert but it's not too bad if you get it down your neck quick. Other than that it's amazing, if gives you a bit a buzz and makes you full of energy. Helps me smash it every day! Goes Well With: Whey protein plus Re:charge Ener:gel
