Have had bad gut health since I can remember due to celiac disease & lactose intolerance, this stuff is so helpful. Have used for a month mixed with cordial, it’s completely tasteless so don’t even know it’s there. Has really helped with gut health and subsequently my energy and overall health & workout stamina. i cannot recommend this product enough especially for those with IBS/stomach issues. i was a bit nervous at first taking this in fear i would bloat up but it has really helped ease my stomach and with fitness performance. I take the unflavoured and mix with dilute juice, mixes well and only a small 5g amount required. Goes Well With: Dilute juice.
