I have been taking these tablets for 2 weeks now, after exercise and just before bed. So far so good. It has helped a lot with recovery, gut issues and with sleeping.

Very easy to takes at the start of they,quick and  easy to swallow with some water  Goes Well With: I prefer to have mine with water,takes less than 10 seconds per day! Would defo recommend 

The tablet is big and I find it hard to swallow  Goes Well With: Zinc and magnesium 

I find this works better than the powder version. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks now and haven’t feel bloated once whereas I used to feel bloated everyday.
