Suggested Use

The carbohydrates in Instant Oats will contribute to muscle recovery† after high intensity and/or endurance exercise. Therefore in order to replenish muscular glycogen stores we recommend adding 2 1/3 large scoops (100g) to 150-250ml of water or your favourite beverage in a Myprotein shaker within 4 hours of exercise. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise.

Myprotein has always helped be a better person than I was a day before. It helps me go that extra mile which differentiate me from others. It has never let me down. It has always lived up to the expectations. I have been using it for a long time now. There is nothing wrong in being a fat person but being fat invites a lot of diseases with it. And the worst part is that you don't even realise it until it's too late. Last year I started getting serious about fitness. I bought the 2.5 kg of chocolate smooth and was pleasantly surprised at how good the flavor is! The protein mixes easily in milk or water and didn’t make my stomach bloat or irritate my already sensitive digestive system. It has 21g of protein per 25g serving. I am happily surprised at how good it tastes. It was a risk ordering 5 kg, but the cost savings was worth trying... I also like how easily soluble it is in water. It stirs right in while other brands clump and stays at the surface. I'm using whey protein for gaining lean muscle and this is giving me the result. I would strongly recommend it to everybody.

This is quite a versatile and effective carb form which can be used by adding to whey protein to add in clean slow burning carbohydrates which can aid energy levels and serve to provide a clean caloric surplus to aid in muscle building. They can also be mixed with some whey protein and left overnight to make proats, this can then further be improved on by topping with some sliced banana, peanut butter and organic maple or agave syrup. Unflavoured tastes fine and does not alter the taste of protein shakes and can be cooked to make porridge although the jumbo versions make better porridge than this powdered version, the chocolate and vanilla also work well with proteins to add extra flavour and thicken them up to make for a more filling shake. Ive always wondered what it'd be like if i could just whip up some oats in under a minute, as supposed to getting out a pan, cooking the oqts, then waiting 10 minutes for the stuff to cool down. Well now, this is possible, and I'm awed by how well this stuff mixes. Powders Ice used prior to this required a blender, and some would still stick the blender! Grrr! Anway, this stuff is awesome! Personally, i dont like the vanilla, so i'm going to try unflavoured next time (I'm a bland kinda guy!)

I find it really easy to add alot of calories to my day by consuming this and its dirt cheap. i throw in 2 scoops of this with my hardgainer extreme weight gainer from myprotein and it bumps the cals up to 1K when mixed with full fat milk and a splash if water. i've had zero digestive upset from this which is great. i got unflavoured and it tastes of nothing
