I have been taking evening primrose now for about a year and what a difference it has made. Definitely helps with cramping and the other dreaded pains and mood swings when it’s the time of the month. 

I started taking evening primrose 4 weeks ago. I take once three times a day 1 with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m not sure if it’s related but I suffered really badly with flare ups in my skin and since taking this product my skin has never been better! 

I bought these primrose capsules as they were the cheapest that I could find with the same ingredients as other shops and online retailers are selling. They are quite large, but this is expected with these capsules. The capsules are easy to swallow and a good pack size. Goes Well With: Water
