Have been able to be consistent with creatine intake as a result of swapping from powder to capsules. Love them.

Using this alongside a weightlifting program I am finding that I have such great relief from the prolonged Dom's I used to experience reducing the number of sessions I could complete. I now find I am not limited as my Dom's are very minimum making for more progress in my sessions
