Unlike this, I have not found these tablets difficult to swallow. After a week or so I could definitely tell the effects in the gym and will continue to use. Goes Well With: Impact whey

Really effective product. Increases fullness, strength, endurance and flexibility. 

I’ve previously tried creatine in powdered form, however was skeptical of the way it dissolved (it didn’t) so I moved onto tablet form as it was less time consuming but still had the same effects as the powder version. I take mine with water first thing in the morning. There is no taste however they aren’t designed to have taste. Goes Well With: Water or any other liquid (edible of course)
