Very good product, delivered quickly, with an ok shelf life!

I use this is my daily multivitamin nowadays and it includes other things that help your average gym goer or athlete whereas a standard multivitamin doesn’t as it’s aimed for a more general male population. Goes Well With: Meals and an above average active lifestyle

Overall, not a bad product, I have felt better in my daily life since taking the product. I'd recommend as part of additional supplements to keep vitamins and mineral intake high. But the SMELL, its foul, they came out of the tub with the smell. Unsure if it's normal or not.

I have been taking these consistently for about 18 months now and quite honestly couldn't do without them. I feel balanced and energetic as a result when compared with life before them. I have also noticed that I'm less susceptible to colds and sniffles since starting with them. Would highly recommend
