Soft and conforming. Not harsh like plastic core rollers, it's still very effective. Shame I lost it :(

Bought this for myself... perfect size. Not forgetting great value for money.  I’ve actually started using it to help with my siatica...what a relief as I’ve been climbing the walls the past few weeks. 

Well worth the money!  Use this roller everyday now and my calves are very grateful. Muscles are not as tight as they used to be and have less reoccurrence of strains which is great ! 

Love this foam roller, I wish it came in a longer size

The foam roller is softer than some of the rollers from other companies and I prefer this. Only downside is it`s too long and can barely fit in my gym bag. 30cm would probably be better for most ppl but I guess I can cut it to size if I really want to change it.
