Very factual and informative, doesn’t matter if you’re experienced, novice or starting back into any form of training, the guide have some very useful tips.

Had some useful tips about counting calories etc. great at home workouts too

Bought these to try as a snack. Unfortunately I didn’t like the taste or the consistency of these bars. I only bought 2 but didn’t even finish half of one unfortunately. 

Quality product stuck to it and helped get on track to achieve desired weight , is a must have
