I mix 200g of this with water with a mixer and pour into my MyProtein 1/2 gallon hydrator; tastes absolutely fine and is a great way to consume extra calories without feeling full. Wouldn't recommend using a shaker for this as there would be too much powder and not enough water!

Am a regular user of MP vegan products... tried this one and wished I hadn’t wasted my money. Vegan whole food is great, taste amazing and does what it says on the tin. This product however gives you the worst stomach aches and vilest wind ever.

I was a bit sceptical about trying because of some of the reviews. But i think it tastes great. I do 2 scoops in the my protein shaker cup and have had no problems with mixing. The taste is also quite nice.

Don't get the other complaints

Look, I'm not vegan so I mix this with milk for maximum calories/protein and it tastes great. For people complaining about it not mixing; just out it in a bigger shaker and add more water/milk. And shake harder. It's not that difficult, if a 6 year old can make chocolate milk, You can make a protein shake.

Not worth it

Not worth buying this to gain weight. The only reason it's a weight gainer is cos the protein content is so low you need to eat loads to get the 29g of protein out of it. I should have been more careful and checked how big the serving sizes are (100g!) compared to what I'm used to using (30g). I'll stick to regular protein powder in future and bump up the calories with oats, much cheaper and blends better. Just a marketing tactic to get you to buy bags that you'll make your way through faster than other protein.

Not bad

I got a flavoured one which was okay but too sweet for me (raspberry). Next one I'm going to get plain. It's way too thick to use three scoops as they say even with a blender. So you don't get the same amount as they say, as the scoops need to be smaller. But nonetheless does the job!

Coconut water and fruits blended. Just taste like a smoothie!

vegan weight ganier

Been waiting for MP to release something like this for well over 10 years. Finally we have a vegan weight gainer. Mixes well i thought despite what others have said (ive used other brands that didnt mix half as well as this). Just make sure you use enough water (i use about 550ml and 2 scoops). As for the taste, well i thought it tasted really good. Definitely palatable which is half the battle surely at times :-) Would recommend!

I just started taking this last friday (4 august) so I'm gonna give it more time to see if there's any improved results in my body. I take 2 scoops after my workout (about 2pm) and 3 later that day (about 6:30pm). Mixability is terrible if you dont have a blender, even then the recommended serving size (3 scoops) is too thick for my blender because I also take peanut butter, greek yoghurt and whole milk with it (boost of calories and added protein) if you dont own a blender then you can as good as forget this because you'll be drinking heaps of lumps that stick to your teeth. Plus side about this is that it fills you up a lot more which makes me believe that within time (say about a month or a little less) i'll begin to see results as I'm aiming to gain mass/weight. I also dont like eating my calories so the fact that this fills me up for a good 3-4 hours is a huge bonus. I currently take the natural choc which is okay in taste but is really thick. I will try raspberry lemonade next. Hope this review was helpful!
Goes Well With:
2 scoops with whole milk, peanut butter, and greek yoghurt. (BCAAs are fine with it too but are overpriced and tend to be over-sold to people. Protein does the job for me).

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Ok so first off, I would not reccomend this simply because it doesn't mix, at all. To get your 400kcal and 29g of protein (very respectable amounts for a protein shake) you need to make a shake with 3 large scoops (1 serving) or 100g. This fills about half of you shaker, so there is little room for water. Without a shaker ball, even after 20 minutes of shaking, you are left with 1/4 of the powder left at the bottom, and the rest in large chunks in the liquid, making you gag when you drink. With a ball inside, the powder manages to clump together inside the ball, forming a ball of solid dry powder inside it. Overall, it is barely even usuable simply because you cannot mix it at all. Taste: Tolerable. Tastes like a hot chocolate made with water. Mixability: Can I give less than 1 star for this? It is barely drinkable. Effectiveness: Have only been using this a month or so, since I got one 2.5kg bag, (big regret) and I seen some gains but no more than from the BCAAs I used before. Overall: Would not reccomend since it also sticks to the inside of shakers, and makes me gag when I drink it (even after 30mins of shaking).

Sucralose Remove

I have being using this product for about 5 months now as a healthy gainer. Now remove the Sucralose and you get a product that works and its worthy of 4.5/5 For mixing 3 large scoops in 400ml of water shake well, then add a tiny bit of water and shake again and its fine for me. I opt for the chocolate flavour and have no problems mixing or with the taste.
