Didnt work
I've been taking these for 6 weeks and I haven't lost any weight,I train 4/5 times a week and expected to lose a few lbs but they just dont work.The only thing I got from them was a caffeine buzz for the 1st week or so.Goes Well With:Water

Tablets are ok to swallow not the easiest but not the worst! They seem to have stopped my bloating, beware though you will sweat and burn up like crazy! no other side effects, have lost 3lb so far

Ordered this as the reviews suggested that it would be good for weight loss and give that extra edge. I have been doing cardio and weights 4 times a week and burning 700-800 calories but cant say I've noticed any difference taking these and have not lost any weight. I wont be buying again

I have been taking for 3 weeks now and I have only lost 1lbs :-( i have been on a really restricting diet so I would have expected to lose at least 1lbs on my own anyway I just thought this product may have sped things up a bit. Maybe I need to give it more time.Goes Well With:A drink of water

Been taking these for a couple of weeks, and they've definitely improved my performance both at work and in the gym - feeling more energised and better able to concentrate. Have noticed about 3lbs drop in fat mass whilst cutting, so definitely a good booster for my fat loss goals. Goes Well With:Breakfast in the morning
