The taste of it is literally despicable
2I've tried the bubble gum flavour and honestly, it tastes like those liquid antibiotics I used to take when I was a child. The taste is so unbearable that I have to chug it each time. I'm not totally sure if it has been enhancing my workouts but I can't really go against the science behind it, some others probably can feel the difference, even if it might be a placebo, but the taste is reprehensible. Can barely drink it.

Did nothing
1I had the nordic berries flavour and it was horrible. Very artificial tasting, and serving suggestion of two scoops tasted awful (would do one scoop, mix with water and down it, then do the second scoop and drink on the way to the gym to make the flavour bearable) In the end I ordered something else on amazon and after using this for a couple of weeks, binned it.
