This is the first time that I've used this, the taste isn't unpleasant and I find it ever so slightly sweeter than normal pasta, however when used alongside sauces and used in salads there's not much difference. Cooks in the same time as regular pasta and has the same texture. I like this a lot. Goes Well With: Any pasta sauce and salads
