To make your own protein packed muffins preheat oven to gas mark 5/190C and line a muffin tin with paper muffin cases. Mix 3 1/3 large scoops (100g) with 100ml of milk and add 2 tablespoons of Myprotein's Coconupure Oil (Coconut oil). Separate into 4 portions and cook the muffins for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Full directions and recipe ideas can be found on the Myprotein website.

Only if your diet is very restrictive, better to make your own protein muffins, those taste horrible
This is really easy to use and make muffins with. I use the recommended muffin mix on the back of pack to make the muffins. Only issue is the taste could be improved and the muffins come out tasting really heavy and thick to eat not soft and spongy. However it tastes ok when having it with tea. I normally eat half a muffin at a time as a full one is too much to choke down. Goes Well With:Water
We've used this a few ways, and by the far the best way we've found is adding a bit of milk to create a thick batter and using it to make waffles. The texture is just right.Goes Well With:Light squirty cream!
Got a snall pack of these as was trialing it. Made up the mix with lacto free milk and it tastes lovely....just like brioche ... added choc chips and fruit and have these as breakfast muffins. Yum!! Just bought a big pack now!!!Goes Well With:Tea

Purchased this on a whim, as i sometimes fancy something sweet after a meal. Made mixture up as recommended with Almond milk and some raisins, (which sank to the bottom) Taste wise they were nice and hit the spot (i felt like i was being naughty!) Texture was a little dense and dry. Will keep tweaking until i get it right. It hasn't put me off purchasing more.Goes Well With:I suppose most added ingredients.
Best thing I have bought from Myprotein! Bought them for a treat and added lemon zest and juice to one batch and Nutella to another batch for my boyfriend's birthday and they were amazing. Not dry at all and baked perfectly. They rose and came out of the cake tin absolutely fine. I reckon they would make a perfect cake also. Would definitely recommend. This are nice and you can add flavour drops to this to make then taste sweeter. Helped me with my sweet tooth. Plus you dont feel bad as it's all good for you.
I often make a batch of these at the start of the week and take a couple to work with me. I mix in some blueberries and also some toffee and vanilla flav drops. The texture is what you would expect (spongy and dry) and the blueberries always sink to the bottom but for what you're getting, its a very small issue. I imagine they would be pretty hard to get down though without the blueberries in for moisture. Goes Well With:Vanilla and toffee flav drops

I've tried various recipes to make these muffins as I read they are hit and miss so below is the way I've found to get tasty muffins quickly. Before you start pop the oven on whilst you assemble the ingredients. I found mine worked well at 225. For the mixture I used 100g of muffin mix, 100ml of either almond or coconut milk (I tend to use this as I don't drink regular milk and I find almond milk lasts longer in my fridge) along with 30ml of melted coconut oil. I use a solid oil from any supermarket but it has to be coconut flavoured, some can be unflavoured but I find coconut flavoured oil adds to the taste of the muffin. So beat all the ingredients together, melting the oil easily in the microwave. I use a muffin/cupcake tin with room to make 6. When you add up all the calories etc each muffin is around 100 cals with a pretty decent 6g protein. Before you add the cake batter I lightly spritz the cake tin with one of these one cals spray so each well is lightly coated (use your finger to wipe around each well so each side and the bottom is coated) then in goes the batter so each well has equal amounts. I don't add any fruit as unless you flour any wet fruit the fruit sinks to the bottom and you get a wet, soggy bottom. I added raspberries and they really added nothing to the muffins and gave me a soggy bottom. Before the tin goes into the oven I turned the heat down to 200 and in they go. I set the timer for 15 mins but keep and eye on them as they could be ready around 13 mins. Mine come out light brown and springy to the touch. Whilst still warm use a teaspoon and run it around the edges and importantly lift the bottom off the muffin from the pan so it doesn't stick. I tried various methods using cupcake paper but the muffin mix just sticks to the paper and as you pull it off you pull off most of the muffin. Consistency wise they are springy and dense and are delicious when they are still warm. They can be a little heavy and dry but the size of them are just right and if you have any of the MP syrups they go lovely with just a little drizzle over them. Maple syrup worked a treat for me. Wrap two in foil and that's a cheeky lunchtime treat. I find the muffins are flavoured with just a hint of coconut and vanilla and help when the sugar monster needs feeding. Goes Well With:Mysyrup

I didn't have a muffin tray so just this bad boy into a cake tin. So easy to make. 3 scoops, 100ml coconut milk, 2tbsp coconut oil, a handful of blueberries and bang it in the oven for 12 min. Obviously you can tell it's a protein cake from the texture but what can you expect. Something healthy ain't gona taste as good as a real cake but it satisfies the cravings and it tastes better than getting fat.Goes Well With:Blueberries Coconut milk
Bouncy aerated protein in shape of a muffin... not good. Maybe if you add shedloads of chocolate or fruit it might be passable, but it would still be bouncy.Goes Well With:The Bin... just drink your protein

Love this muffin mix! It comes unflavoured so you can add your own fruit or spices to mix it up! They taste great and smell absolutely gorgeous, my favourite muffins to date, mixed with raspberries, allspice and chopped macadamia nuts! Highly recommended! Goes Well With:Fruit and nuts

These are FABULOUS. Instead of making 4, I made 6 in a muffin tray. I added some vanilla and cinnamon for some flavour and they are delicious. If you needed a little more sweetness, I added raspberries into the mix after pouring and it made for another great flavour. Will buy again!!Goes Well With:Tea
