An excellent alternative to powder. The only downside is how many are required to maintain a regular protein intake. Excellent though.

Unfortunately, I did not like the taste of these gummies. They tasted powdery and I couldn't wait to finish them - I just chewed quick then swallowed with a drink. I'm also unsure if they did anything for me :(, so maybe they needed to be taken for a longer time?
