add to cereals and get an extra crunch, another way to consume more protein. Goes Well With: cereals, porridge etc.

On days where you just need more food these are a relatively low calorie and filling. Overnight oats and normal porridge made with water. I haven’t had just a bowl of them but I’d say they’d be good with your milk of choice  Goes Well With: Milk of your choice Oats Probably make crispie cakes if you tried 😉
