I'm on a diet plan so having pasta alternatives helps me to bulk out my meals without blowing my daily allowances. I wasn't too keen on these at 1st as they are not like the normal stuff, I persisted with them though and I love them now. They are chewy and have an odd smell but once you get used to this they're great. I've tried all the different shapes. I think noodles are best folpowed by rice and the lasagna sheets were pretty good too. Goes Well With:A variety of dishes
I like to use these to bulk out meals when I want to keep carbs low or use them on something tasty like cake! They are effective in my diet for filling me up without the wheat trigger too.Goes Well With:Turkey meatballs in broth and veggies
I really had no hopes for this product, but it can be a life saver! Just add soy or a more elaborate dressing and you've got yourself a meal. They are really awesome for adding volume to any meal. The fact that they are prepacked is convinient as well.
I prefer this to the myfettucine anyday. Its not real noodles agreed but it helps volumise my food so much. And once flavoured, you are not gonna complain of the taste. And its literally 3.5 fiber per pack which is nothing. Awesome product. Happy man here.Goes Well With:Chicken, prawn, pretty much any curry or stir fry.
I came across these by accident when browsing for other sweet snacks, and thought why not give these a try, as I suffer an intolerance to wheat and gluten. these are great, they obviously taste of nothing on their own, but mixed into a stir fry with a sauce, they really bulk it up. would highly recommend these as a healthy alternative.Goes Well With:stir fry, salad.
These are a convenient and low calorie alternative to traditional noodles and mixed with any flavour of My Protein soup is an adequate meal for lunchtime.Goes Well With:My protein soup
Let's be honest anything with pretty much no calories or nutritional value is going to be full of flavour! These add some bulk to food without the calories put them with some nice flavours spicy peanut works for me 😄😄Goes Well With:Something with flavour 😄😃
Obviously these will never be as good as normal noodles but they are a great substitute for those looking to diet, especially those of us on a low carb diet. The texture is close to stringy calamari and to my surprise they effectively absorb any sauce that is placed with them. Definitely recommend by this Keto head.Goes Well With:Any sauce - Great for Stir-Fries
Quick easy meal. Love cooking them.. 5 minute meal and tastes great. Cooking them dry makes them a bit rubbery. Best boilt with stock, gives them a great flavour. U forget there less than 10 calories.Goes Well With:Chicken stock... tuna.
These are really filling but because they are so low in calorie the taste isn't the same as your usual noodles. I find i need to add a sauce of some sort, but again good value from My protein.
Absolutely disgusting! Never ate something so rubbery in my life! Definitely would not recommend!
Having heard mixed reports about the flavor and texture I was skeptical - however just tried them out yesterday and couldn't be happier. I would emphasize that its important after rinsing them to put them on a pan in low heat until they are dried out - this lets them absorb and sauce and gets rid of the rubbery/slippery texture many are complaining about. As long as they are with a good sauce they are 90% the same as rice noodles. Hardly filling by themselves, but a good way to bulk up a meal without adding calories.Goes Well With:Any stir fry/sauce
These noodles are great for adding carb-like foods to a meal to make sure you feel satisfied and full but without a high carb/sugar/fat content. One packet is more than enough. I use these noodles when making ramen or a stir fry. I wouldn't advise eating them on their own as they don't taste of anything. Goes Well With:Ramen or stir fry
Quite honestly horrific. They have the consistency of wet string and/or moist worms. Couldnt even stomach them with sauce!Goes Well With:Nothing!
I used these to mix with my stirfry and they have zero taste, sticky rubber texture and I have not used anymore and just eat my stirfry without them. Really pretty pointless. I can imagine maybe them being ok in a soup maybe but it was a chore to eat them I found myself picking around them, I have 4 packs in the fridge you can happily take for free. They didn't separate very good in the stirfry either so found I had a big clump. I'm a keen cook and couldn't get them to work for me, Sorry myprotein I love you but these are a no-noGoes Well With:the bin
Taste like rubber not sure if I'm making them correctly or if that's how they are. Goes Well With:Atrium them with chicken dry because I'm cutting but possibly taste slightly better/ disguised taste with a sauce
These are really great as a low calorie alternative to noodles. My mum and I love them. I have them a low taste rating as they do not really taste of anything. But we like to make stir fry with it and it's delish!
Very impressed with these, so easy to make and literally go with anything, 7 calories wow! Tastes very bland but quite filling, yes you do get a slightly fishy smell before cooking but once cooked this disappears. Well worth the mulahhhGoes Well With:Anything, any sauce
Low calories, easy to cook, great portion size mixed with veg! Goes Well With:Egg, veg, soy sauce
These noodles are quite different to regular noodles. They have a chewy consistency almost like jelly. They're great to beef your meals up if you're hungry and not looking to add any more carbs so they're great for a Ketogenic diet. They really do fill you up to be fair! Taste wise, you shouldn't expect much, they're a plain SUBSTITUTE for regular noodles. Goes Well With:Any low carb sauces. Always best to mix with hot sauce to really try and mask the plain taste.
