Milk Protein Smooth is a milk protein concentrate derived from ultra-filtered skimmed milk. This milk protein is a source of native casein and whey proteins in the same ratio as found naturally in milk (casein 80% and whey 20%). Milk Protein Smooth provides an extremely smooth consistency with an extremely clean and neutral taste.
Due to the production process, no instantising agents are required to provide the excellent mixing and consistency of Milk Protein Smooth. Milk Protein Smooth is extremely versatile; it can be consumed in various forms including; protein shakes, smoothies and yoghurts. Milk Protein Smooth is absorbed slowly by the stomach allowing a tapered supply of amino acids to the muscle over a prolonged period of time. This makes Milk Protein Smooth the ideal protein supplement for between meals and before bed. During sleep, the body is normally starved of nutrients as it is impractical to consume food. Milk Protein Smooth is 78% Micellar Casein, the rest is made up from whey protein and bioactive proteins.
For anyone engaged in a long term physical training plan, getting the right dietary balance is absolutely essential. The body requires the right kind of nutrients in order to perform and develop correctly, and whether these come from food or from supplements, they are needed for many purposes. As a dietary supplement we recommend consuming before bed or between meals 2-3 times per day.

Supplements of my protein are worth on the basis of results, money and delivery..My protein supplements are good after a workout is one of the best time to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the micro tears i.e very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about thirty minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion.we can see the advantage to taking a protein.Whey protein has become a favorite supplement for those seeking to put on muscle and enhance their physiques as well as improve their health. In order to decipher which protein is best for a particular need, typically one would use a specific gauge of some sort to determine which protein to use.
My protein supplements are pure vegetarian except some supplements.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. My search ends here when I notice results of my protein supplements.. Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it. Vitamins and minerals, which are needed in only small quantities, are called "micronutrients." But unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. I used this referral code and got 33% of on every purchase. Its very useful and unique referral code. Use this code for amazing offers and deal. Thanks. If both are taken together they work tremendously. . One brand which provide all essential supplements essential for building muscles.I was a user of the regular impact diet whey protein but gave this product a try as well as the whey and both have been awesome more premium and refined versions of the existing protein powders from myprotein. The additions of the B vitamin pantothenic acid does aid in increasing energy levels and endurance and reduce overall fatigue which does occur when depleted and low on calories towards the end of a hard fat loss diet phase, this is where my diet works well in allowing for you to break through plateaus and reach very low levels of body fat to reveal hard earned muscle. Cinnamon added in a strong extract form works well to help control blood sugar levels and allows for a lesser impact of carb based meals through the day which also helps contribute to burning more body fat when in a calorie deficit environment. CLA works awesome to aid in speeding up the death of fat cells which allows for them to be burned off at a faster rate and i also feel works well when even lean bulking to help minimize fat mass gained, the green tea then works to boost overall levels of metabolism to work in combination with other ingredients to promote fat loss. I have tried the vanilla creme and chocolate brownie and both make for an enjoyable quite thick protein shake and even taste great when mixed with just water, this is a top notch fat burning protein supplement which i would recommend for someone after the best premium line of supplements available from myprotein. if you found value in my review then please use my referral code 'mohit - r4p' (no space in between dash and letters) and all in capital letters while signing up for up to 33% off order. This product isn’t the best when compared to others. I personally found it to be very bitty and didnt have a very nice taste. The Strawberry smooth has a strong flavour and is a bit over powering. Not really too impressedGoes Well With:Milk
Myprotein stands for quality. My strength level changes. I have been a regular user of myprotein brand for about 2 years now and none of its products have ever disapppinted me. It tastes well ,mixes really effortlessly and has been really effective on my body. I would strongly recommend it. And hey don't forget to use referral code 'mohit dash r4p' (no space in between) in capital letters while signing up for great offers. Replace dash by its numeric symbol in the code. I hope it helps. Thank you :)
Love all myprotein products. Except this, does not mix well. AT ALL! Instant mud. Can't imagine what it would be like digested. Really wouldn't recommend this product.
Mixes well but extremely frothy, tastes like chalk, texture like chalk. Blended with oats and milk and left in fridge for next day, turned into a thick almost solid yogurt like substance (never an issue with whey). Would recommend first time buyers to try a small amount first, I bought 2.5kg and is now in the bin.Goes Well With:Blackboards
Mixed with half water, half milk and it mixed up perfect...no clumps of powder like with other brands. Very impressed. Bags could do with better seal like with many other supp's though
Myprotein have it all covered pretty good from Bcaa's to all sorts of fine Protein! Can't stop buying from this site!Goes Well With:Goes well with water and especially milk or Almond milk.
Very hard to get to mix by just shaking mixture with either milk or water, plus i got the unflavoured pack and it was just awful, personally, their would be more cons than pros than having to suffer drinking this stuff most nights before bed. Goes Well With:Unflavoured goes well with nothing
Arrived swiftly and properly prepared. The bag can still be sealed when not in use. The protein, once mixed in with milk, is a delicious flavour that is certainly welcome after long work out. Considering the size of the bag and the amount stored inside, this product is a good value. Highly recommended to all.Goes Well With:Milk
Great protein. The all round tastes real nice with milk perfect for bedtime suppresses hunger for those dieting and of course prolonged protein throughout the night. Good stuff.Goes Well With:milk and water
Great product and a great taste. Good for morning and nights.Goes Well With:Almond milk
I've used this the past year with breakfast and before bed alongside other supplements and I feel this gives the edge as during the night you'll stop catabolismGoes Well With:Hurricane XS, alpha men, myamino complex, zma, HMB and taurine
Been trying the various different ranges of whey/milk protein sample sachets this week to get a feel for the varieties (milk, concentrate, isolate) of protein supplements and the way they can be absorbed. I elected to try this on workout days just before I go to bed to, of course, aid in the recovery of muscle overnight - as well as an isolate shake yanked down straight after the gym. I ordered this in vanilla flavour, tried it yesterday night, and while it was quite good (it was quite a good aid in actually getting to sleep, which as an insomniac is a very nice surprise), the taste is the only part that falters for me. The taste was barely there! It wasn't chalky as some reviews have mentioned, but the flavour was non-existant, and the flavour that was there reminded me more of marshmallow than of plain vanilla (I was expecting a flavour like ice cream). Aside from that though it's a great supplement, though I will definitely elect for a different flavour next time, and may grab the Micellar Casein instead of the Milk Protein Smooth proper.Goes Well With:Water, milk (or milk substitutes)
Don't be put off by the doesn't mix well reviews!! At first I thought the reviews saying it was 'chalky' when mixed where correct, and was a bit disappointed, although I found it 'chewy' rather than chalky! However, having left this standing for 10-15 mins after first shaking it mixes completely, and produces a great tasting, smooth and creamy drink. I now mix this before a workout rather than after and it's great. I was looking for something that would slow release protein as well as give me a hit when needed, but so many of the complex powders are full of sweetners, which I hate the taste of. This is the best tasting unflavoured product I've come across, and I find it far easier to digest than whey powder on its own, which often leaves me feeling sickly. Bonus is it also keeps me full for much longer than just whey! Goes Well With:Milk, coconut milk, almond milk, water
Really Disappointing. I usually use whey but was tempted by this being on offer. Really chalky when mixed with milk. Almost Undrinkable when using 2 or more scoops. Leaves a chalky coating in your throat. Anything but smooth ! Wish I'd stuck with whey impact.
The best source of protein I have tried (from whey to pure casein to vegan to beef). So here is how I make perfect chocolate mousse with Milk Protein Smooth. Unflavored Protein Smooth (1 scoop) 2-3 teaspoons of dark cocoa powder 1-2 micro scoops sucralose 100-150 ml semi skimmed milk (1.5% fat) 100 -150 ml water mix with a spoon well until it is a thick substance with no lumps on it (you have to find the right amount of liquids so it s not too watery or too thick). place it in a bowl on your fridge. after 15 minutes it is ready. and tell me how perfect this mousse is. Best part: max 150-200kcal 80% of the calories are protein (25-30 grams) tons of antioxidants from cocoa. only 7 grams of carbs and sugars (from the milk) and 2 grams of fat Seriously could eat this stuff the whole day, every day.
