Looks, cuts and tastes like rubber. Would not buy again Goes Well With: The inside of my bin

It's cheese with loads of protein and not much else - what else can you ask for. OK it's not exactly your luxury farmhouse mature (it's a bit dry/rubbery) but if you want some cheese on a cut then this is definately cheese! Great as well if you need a bit more protein to hit your macros and actually want some food rather than chugging another shake. Goes Well With: Pasta, sandwiches, on its own.

I’d say this is worth a try, it’s quite hard and rubbery on its own, but with a bit of butter on an oatcake it is much better. It does melt as well so I think it’s best to add to the tops of meals (maybe try melting it over a pizza).

Pretty rubbery and tasteless but high protein  Goes Well With: Melting in to dishes and on toast 

I got to stay from cheese now that I got lactose intolerance but this cheese felt great when I tried it melted on pasta! =)
