This cookie has a slight coconut taste. It tastes better if you heat it for a bit in the microwave.

This is a good "replacement" cookie - it's a soft bake rather than crispy. It has a coconutty flavour and a bit of grit to it, and you can definitely get the tang of protein off it but overall it has a good flavour and hits the spot.
