Citrulline Malate is a unique combination of the amino acid citrulline and the organic salt malate.

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 7 1⁄2 mini scoops (2g), shake and consume. Use twice daily. Do not exceed daily recommended amount.

I got this after reading many positive reviews and recommendations. So I thought I'd give it a chance. And boy it certainly gives you a rush. I have it twice a day. Both in the morning and just before I head into the gym. I love it. The buzz is amazing and I can feel my blood rushing through my veins. It's certainly helped my performance in the gym and I feel much stronger and have much energy. Try it you won't be disappointed.Goes Well With:Water.
I have noticed improved muscular strength endurance and cardio performance. It also gives you excellent vascular pumps and amps up your workouts. I use mainly due to heavy lifting/body weight exercises and both endurance and sprint cardio up to 15 sessions a week as I compete in triathlons, ironman events and tough murder. Mix in with pre workout protein shake with water you get used to it and it works!Goes Well With:Water and hard training..
Taste is pretty sour but nothing that would make this undrinkable. Been using for a while now and can definitely see improvements in the gym. The mini scoop provides can be a real pain but overall a really good product.Goes Well With:Water, protein shake
Mixes well. Taste is a bit sour, but not an issue as I mix it with a scoop of whey protein which masks it. As a rower I do a high volume of both endurance and weight training and the mix of citrulline malate and beta alanine is proving very effective pre workout.Goes Well With:Water, beta alanine and whey protein.

Been using citrulinne malate for over a month now, really helps me in the gym with energy and strength and gives me a good pump, taste is not brilliant but not disgusting tastes like haribo tangy fangs Brilliant value for money (250g bag) one thing I don’t get is to get 2gramms you need 7 and a half mini scoops!! Which is a pain why not just add a 2 gram scoop??? Anyways all good Bob :) Goes Well With:Water, bcaa
Yet to finish my cycling of this stuff so yet to establish whether it's any good. I can vouch it's more bitter than a winter in Siberia. I gave it a good rating of effectiveness as it's mentioned to be like creatine and beta alnine when it comes to working - sure thing apparently. If I don't get any good results with it I'll rewrite my comments... Goes Well With:Anything that will mask its taste!
Works very well, can go longer without muscle fatigue and when lifting creates a bigger pump, with sports it also helps keep off muscle fatigue. The taste takes some getting used i recommend mixing all your nasty tasting suppliments together and knock them back quickly and wash down with water straight away. The tiny red scoop is a pain so i use 2 rounded teaspoons

I've got this to make my own pre-workout. I've not been using for long to notice considerable gains yet. I've combined with Beta Alanine and creatine for my pre-workout. It's very Sour but not undrinkable. I added some squash and it was actually quite pleasant. Goes Well With:Beta-alanine Creatine Fruit Juice/Squash
