Caffeine is ideal for anyone looking for a high intake of caffeine prior to exercise. We recommend consuming 200mg (1 tablet) 45 - 1 hour before your work-out. Due to its stimulant nature, in order to avoid any issues with sleep, it is best not to take caffeine too late in the day.

Extremely good supplement! Easy to take and notticble effects including fat loss and mental focus and less fatigue during workouts. Fat loss was my main reason for taking caffeine supplements and it really is working. However I wouldn’t suggest taking after 2000 for obvious reasons of struggleing to fall asleep. All in all good product and highly recommend, I’ll be ordering these again. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil tablets in the morning And L- carnitine Definitely suggest taking with green tea extract for maximum fat loss.
First of all, I have an extremely low tolerance for caffeine as I don't drink any tea, coffee or fizzy drinks. The first time I took these before a workout (took one half an hour before going to the gym) and even when I was just warming up for squats I felt my heart rate going way too high. Could barely finish the session due to my heart and a huge amount of dizziness. Now I don't take them on days I train in the evening time (especially cardio). However, I am giving these a four-star review because they are AMAZING for studying or getting work done when you're tired! I'm anaemic and suffer from fatigue so I'm constantly falling asleep at any time of the day, no matter where I am (except the gym, sometimes!). If I take one of these tablets before 2pm, I'm sorted for the day. Productivity and alertness goes way up. Cannot recommend these enough for getting through college when you don't drink tea/coffee/energy drinks and want to save money. Goes Well With:Water
Having heard about the issues of hair loss associated with creatine - although not concrete - I wanted a more conventional (safe even) pre-workout as the potential of losing my hair is not worth it. I take one pill about 40 minutes before my workout and they give me a great boost in energy and endurance. Moreover I am able to concentrate more on each rep ensuring that the desired muscle is always prioritised in each type of workout. These caffeine tablets are an effective pre workout. I find they work better for any cardio styled workout as they don’t sit in your stomach as much as many of the powdered pre workouts. They are quick and efficient.
I am surprised to see quite so many 5 stars for this product which is most probably why I decided to try it. I have used various caffeine supplements with a dosage of 200mg and this is by far the worst. I make sure not to take caffeine everyday not to lose its effectiveness however this product let me down.
They recently changed the shape of pill and somehow doesn't feel as effective since! Weird haha
