Ta
I’ve had taurine powder before however it never quite worked out, I have been using this for a few weeks and noticing small differences, not massive but a change is a change right? It’s a great affordable product and I would highly recommend this!!Goes Well With:I used to use it with juice but now I add it to a pre workout powder, I use it with the whey mango powder, it mixes well, does occasionally leave a powder at the portion but very faint powder, but not gritty powder like some products you see on the market, so this is overall a good product and I feel as though it works well with myself and isn’t a fad like some others out there!!

Struggling with back pumps, bit of research and was directed to this, gave it a go and bang they gone. Mix 2 and a bit scoops or put in smoothies. Works for me anyway 👍🏼Goes Well With:Water
Report this reviewEnergy for results
I continue to be impressed with Taurine. As I experience chronic fatigue, having something that can give me a boost in the morning and give me that support to workout, is an immense help and adds enjoyment to my work out routine. I purchased the flavourless option and it certainly is that, completely unnoticeable in taste but packs are punch in effectiveness. Goes Well With:Anything I've tried so far from a more milkshake to a fruit smoothy.

Taurine helps you to cope with ups and downs in oestrogen and I have seen a benefit in energy and mood from adjusting the dose according to my needs day by day. Gold dust for women.

Report this reviewDon't feel any difference
I've been taking this supplement in the past and now again, kind of to help me sleep better, however it doesn't really do anything. I feel the same, sleep (more like don't sleep) the same. Also it doesn't mix well. Goes Well With:Nothing probablyÂ
