This is an excellent product. Mixes well with a little bit of water. Fairly tasteless and really helps me sleep

I absolutely love this L-Theanine Powder. Having only recently learned about the benefits of this supplement i decided to try it out. I am delighted at how calm it can make you feel. It seems to also calm down my over active mind at times, which is a good added bonus. I like to take it at night before bed as it settles me down for bedtime. I can also take it in the morning and it helps wake me up but with an inner calmness. I wish i had known about this supplement sooner. I take it in either water or diluting juice and it mixes fairly well and has no taste. I will definitely be purchasing this from now on!!  Goes Well With: Water, Water with flavour drops, diluting juice.

1st time ordering from here, can't lie, i always used bulk before. This was a bargain though, yes it was black friday priced but still. Very happy with the purchase. No difference in quality at all compared to others, thumbs up from me 👍 yes it doesn't mix unless you shake it but you need so little you might as well just put it straight into your mouth with water mix with your tongue and swallow 😅👍works for me Goes Well With: Coffee, good for focus, yes it does work btw, no it's not a massive increase, it's mild but you do feel it

Speed delivery, good service as always. Use for sleep and calming effect, also use with caffeine for a smoother stimulant effect. Would say I've noticed some effect with higher dosages than recommended. Goes Well With: Anything. Straight to mouth then wash it down.
