Okay so for everyone looking to buy this i’d read , it’s much smaller than you expect id say it’s around the size of a dogs ball , but EXTREMELY effective!! I also have a few other recovery tools at home such as a muscle roller but there all awkward to try and muscle roll parts such as my forearms and wrists but with this it’s a absolute game changer it’s so easy and genuinley relaxing i love it to bits , permanently in my gym bag now.
