THE PreThermo ingredient breakdown:

Capsimax^® — a concentrated capsicum extract from red hot chillis.
CaloriBurn GP^® —  an extract of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), a member of the ginger family.
AstraGin^® — a patented compound.
BioPerine^® — a manufactured, patented extract from the fruit of the black pepper plant.

Mix one scoop (11g) with 300ml of water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. Consume once daily. IMPORTANT INFORMATION : Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
