1. Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and capacity. Caffeine helps to improve concentration and increase alertness.
- Mix 20g (approx. 2 scoops) with 400ml of water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Consume once daily. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
