They’re a blend of essential electrolytes — calcium, chloride, magnesium, potassium, and sodium — which the body loses through sweat.

These electrolytes are vital to provide the electrical energy necessary for many important functions in the body, including calcium for nerve reactions and potassium for muscle function^2,3 — so these are great for both general health, and your ability to give your all during training sessions.
