I love casein for so many reasons, maintl because it makes yoghurts and puddings so much tastier and thicker but also because it really curbs hunger and keeps you satisfied for ages. As it’s molecular structure forms into a little clump slowly allowing your body to digest it over 6-10 hours. The best way to enjoy casein, mix the powder in with a small amount of cold water in a bowl. Then add some greek yogurt and further mix, the mixture should now resemble a custard consistency, then add a sliced banana and enjoy before bed.
