Delicious
I can't believe they are so delicious!!! I left them with soy sauce and sesame oil for 4 hours and then stir fry them with chicken thighs and egg. They came out absolutely amazing. I like them so much I bought 3 packs of 6 bags each 😂. I'm definitely buying this FOR LIFE. Goes Well With: Anything really. But I like to make low carb versions of Japanese dishes with them.

Much better than expected!
These are fantastic - absolutely no difference between the spaghetti and the noodles they are exactly the same. They cook well and certainly don't have a bad smell when opened. They are a great substitute for noodles and they don't taste of anything so you can add to any soup or sauce, they are filling so you don't feel you've missed out. Really easy to cook (I haven't tried them in the microwave - I heat them in a pan and then add to the rest of the ingredients. They're not rubbery or slimy in my opinion just basic and lovely. I'm so happy, I've made a second order and will definitely be back for more. Goes Well With: Pretty much anything you like.

These are noodles.
Tried these with a healthy dose of scepticism and nothing else. Was surprised to find that they are pretty close to the real thing. If you had served me these in a soup or with a sauce and meat I would have never guessed they were not the genuine article. Goes Well With: Soups, stir-fry, any place you would use noodles.

The healthy choice

Very nice
I have tried many zero carb noodles but these are by far the best. They don’t have that strong smell, even the taste is less chewy than others. Add herbs and spices and they are perfect Goes Well With: As a salad or in stir fry. I even have it in its own with spices

My opinion changes on these
Some days these are 5 star, others they are 1 star. I managed to accidentally buy 3 boxes so again, yay and nay. Sometimes I manage to whip up something great and others it just doesn’t work and it’s like I am eating slimey rubber bands. Overall, if you are willig to compromise and hnderstand that nothing is as good as real noodles then these are pretty do-able. Order a single pack first. Goes Well With: Asian inspired dishes
