Yoshinori Yamamoto

Born in March 1969, Yoshinori Yamamoto is a graduate of Waseda University School of Political Science and Economics.

Yoshinori Yamamoto provides personal coaching to a wide range of clients, from Major League Baseball players, professional athletes, and Olympians to the general public. He also conducts numerous seminars for various sports organisations, including high schools, universities, and corporate teams. In addition, he has authored many books on the subject of physical training.

Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he is also involved in the development of supplements for several companies.

As a bodybuilder, he has competed on the global stage. He achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first Japanese competitor to win a heavyweight class title at the U.S. national NPC Ironman Maiden, where he won the Light-Heavyweight division. After moving up a weight class, he also became the first Japanese to win the Heavyweight division at the NPC Tournament of Champions.
