4I've been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger. I've never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven't needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly! However, I haven't noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!

5Love these gummies, I can’t say iv noticed a massive difference in my hair (but I do have hormonal hair loss from a health condition) but it has done amazing things for my nails. My nails have never been as long or strong as they are with using these. I get a new supply every monthÂ

Noticeable difference
