Have been taking these for a while and my nails certainly seem to be growing quickly - not sure about my hair.

Hair coming out my ears never had that problem before so I'm guessing it's the biotin..recovering from hair transplant reson I started to take them

I wanted to add more vitamins to my routine, as I believe this is one of the best ways to receive the absorption. These seem to help, my skin is definitely clearer and brighter - plus the tablets are tiny so easy to swallow with it without water!

I’ve been taking these for around two weeks now so probably not long enough to get a fully fleshed out opinion but I’ve had no bad reactions. I usually have builder gel on my nails so haven’t noticed better nail strength but I do feel good taking them and will update any progress later on when I have been using them for a longer time.
