An absolute holy grail to me
I started taking these roughly 4 months ago at the start of my fitness journey and food changes. Before I was more unhealthy and unable to go to the toilet frequently or too much but I feel these have made me more regular rather than one of the other! Personally think these (combined with healthy eating) have really made a difference in my overall health!Goes Well With:Itself!

Not losing weight but feeling better
I've been taking these daily as soon as I wake up. For a while I had a constant rumbling tummy and probably bloated without realising. My tummy rumbles ceased within a couple of weeks and I'm generally feeling better. I usually skip breakfast and lunch (not a recent thing) but I no longer feel hunger the way I used to. However, although reducing calories, healthier eating and exercising these have not helped me to lose any weight at all. They taste great and will continue using regardless.
