Lifting straps grips

Absolutely a must for a great back workout or pulling exercises takes the strain of forearm and biceps only thing they are large they could do a smaller size but don't think buy

Very Hazardous! Its like ill intent to tell someone to do heavy rows with this and have the bar breaking loose and their arm shooting back in the middle of the range of motion under heavy weights with an untested product. Thank God I didn't get hurt! These are not heavy duty, they have stitching across the rubber which means that they are ok for light lifting but broke the first time they went through heavyweight!!!

Pretty good

I wanted these grips to assist with hanging leg raises from a chinups bar. They work pretty well. They definitely help with "hangtime". I thought they would tighten up a bit better than they do. But that's a minor issue.

Not heavy dutty

Good grips for light stuff, like pull-downs, DB rows, etc. Much better then conventional lifting straps. But they are not strong enough for BB rows and Deadlift. Mine broke apart from the stitches in the midle of the rubber grip, after only 4 months of use. (Why stitches in the the midle of the grip?)

Good but..

They are an excellent pair of grips at a good price. The leather used to wrap around the bar is thick and long, however the construction, specifically the metal ring is too thin and comes out of place, compromising the entire grip. This occurred with one of my grips after only the second workout.

really good

Perfect solution for me, always get tired an slippery at the last sets, which are the heaviest, used it for the first time today. within one set i already adjusted to the feeling and this completely improved my grip of the bar. used it for deadlifts.
Goes Well With:
DEADLIFTS and a killer attitude

Poor - Falls Apart

These grips have started to fall apart. They are okay for light lifting. Definitely not for "heavy duty". Disappointed in the product but then again it was cheap.

Really good!

A really great product, takes less time to set up than standard lifting straps which is why I purchased them, the only downside of this is that it is made in a one size fits all but apart from that, I recommend highly!

Great lifting support

I have used these grips for quite a while, mainly borrowing them of one of my mates, and found that it helps in ensuring that the focus of the lift is on the right muscle group. I personally still believe in doing most exercises without grips etc but for going that extra bit on the weights it is ideal. Great grip and comfort via these grips ensure better results are achieve in your heavier lifts without putting strain on the wrong muscles.

Pretty good

Good product, lifting is way more easier than without and faster than with any original liftingstraps! Only thing is that these are a little too long, for me atleast! 1-2cm shorter and these would be perfect. Ofcourse theres always scissors to do so, but let's see couple more trainings!
