I have been using ZMA on and off for years so I definitely know when I’m taking it. I take one before bed, preferably a while after food and hour before sleep. You will have some whacky dreams but you absolutely feel like your body has benefitted when you wake up. Great value for the amount of capsules you get. I do like this product, and had taken it years ago. As I'm now in my 40's and have two young kids, recovery is key. I feel these definitely help with sleep, rest and recovery, but they do leave you with some really funky dreams as you recover!
