Zinc and Magnesium is a combination of two dietary minerals (zinc methionine and magnesium citrate) and vitamin B6.

After using zinc and magnesium I never go to bed without it. Always have a good deep sleep after taking these and feel well rested in the morning (always used to hate waking up in a morning) Works just as well as ZMA but a lot cheaper option. Product page says they are suitable for vegetarians but the product I received is not.
I used these extensively in 2014 when I combined gym work with a lot of endurance cycling events, I'm fits and starts with supplements these days but this is one I always use. I slept like a baby every night but did have a few odd dreams like others have said. My energy levels were through the roof and I was able to combine 3 hours cycle training sessions with weight training and some rowing training as well. Muscle aches were vastly reduced. The one thing I really liked was how my s*x drive went through the roof!

I train weights 2x a week and cardio 3x a week. Since I have found out about this product my recovery at night is so much better, thus my performance is better. I have used this product for almost 3 months and couldn't live without. It made me sleep better, fall asleep easier and I was more rested waking up in the mornings. Until recently. It felt that these supplements now actually hamper my sleep. What happens is that I experience palpitations about 30 min after taking the pills. So I stopped taking them about a month ago. What has happened after 1 month, that the quality of my sleep is now worse and I don't recover as I should.
