These are gurt lush. They are like sweets, really tasty so easy to remember to have them daily. Just started taking them so no noticeable effect but I don’t feel worse 👍🏻 I take them with Omega 3 for an all rounder in the winter months especially.  Goes Well With: Omega 3 tablets.

Perfect to get my vitamin D in. Wish they came in other flavours as orange isn’t my personal favourite but still nice Goes Well With: On its own
