Tastes and smells absolutely disgusting- so try your best to mix into something sweet! Too early to tell the benefits yet, hence the mid way stars. Goes Well With: Anything sweet 

The flavoured ones are a bit too sickly sweet for me, and the unflavoured one is a little bitter if you don't mask it well! I found adding it to water with a hydration tab and a little dash of sugar free squash is best! Goes Well With: Water, fruit squash, hydration tabs

I wouldn’t change it with anything else. Taste isn’t great but I use some cordial to mask it

really pleased to have stumbled across this, mixes well with everything pretty much. Taste isn't 10/10 and i usually mix a scoop of the vegan recovery blend with half-scoop of the regular vegan protein and add 2 scoops of this, i can still taste it but its much more pleasant.
