I've been on a plant-based diet for over five years. I don't think that multivitamins are essential for my diet but a useful precaution.
They don't taste of anything, are easy to swallow and decently dosed for what I want them to do.
Overall: they aren't going to transform your life but they will contribute to continued improvement.
