The first week these were good I lost a pound so thought great they doing something. Second week and I could t go to toilet  Days went by I was drinking plenty water like it says and nope it got terrible never had pain like it  Hopefully it’s just for some people but I won’t take them again now.  Goes Well With: Water and fibre is a must or beware you will be very unwell

i have not used these for a while but bought them so i could get my training back on track. they boost energy and help me to reach a good body temperature helping me to sweat and flush out toxins. I just wish they could boost my metabolism a bit more.
