I've been using these MP MAX Thermo-Extreme pills for a few months now. I've stocked up massively as I'm concerned about stopping use. My friends have noticed a drop in my weight and changed appearance but I've also been working on improving my diet, and exercising frequently (usually 5 times a week) during early stages of use you'll find you need to go to the toilet a lot, and often, although I've noticed this has slowed down as I'm probably used to the dosage. It does offer a buzz and helps you get a sweat on. I've offered them to friends as a pre-work out alternative if they're tired; with mixed outcomes; some have felt ill from their effects, others have had a bit more gusto than normal. Due to the whole; diet and exercise while using, it's hard to say whether they truly work though. If you take them and they get caught in your throat, you'll get some nasty discomfort and indigestion for a while, but drink a lot of water and it'll be over. MP MAX Thermo-Extreme definitely helps you lose them extra pounds. You definitely get a sweat on and definitely get a sleepless night. Buy them, they work a treat but just expect to suffer the consequences as stated

Long story short - last week Sunday I weighed in at 95kg. 9 days later I weighed in at 92.3kg! Admittedly this was after a strenuous cardio session but I kept well hydrated throughout and drank approx 500ml of water straight after but the MP MAX Thermo-Extreme is definitely working well (I think!). Doing 3 upper body workouts a week - compound movements only e.g. pull ups, dumb-bell presses, shoulder presses etc (Monday Weds Fri), 2 light leg sessions with 50 minutes of hard cardio on Tues and Thurs (5 sets of hamstring extensions and 5 sets of leg presses both for about 12 reps and the cardio at max resistance on a recumbent bike) with a heavy leg session on Saturday with 20 minutes of HIIT (12 seconds on, 48 seconds off) and then another 50 minute cardio session as above on the Sunday. I've been taking the Thermopure everyday and it seems to be working a treat at the moment but I can't be sure how much of the weight loss is attributable to it. I have cut down on carbs - to about 120g a day and increased protein to about 160g a day. Taste wise the pills are pretty much tasteless - easy to stomach with or without a drink and I'll definitely be taking them for the foreseeable future.
