Works very well except it tastes like pure a** Goes Well With: Water, dont use less than 350ml

First time trying these and I have found the two flavours cola cube and mango and passion fruit really nice  Find that I can drink this very easily not like others I have tried  Goes Well With: Pre workout gummies
