I'm sure this would work great as a preworkout, but this is honestly one of the worst things I have tasted in a long time. I could not get down more than two sips before I had to give up. Mixes great though!
Usually a big fan of all things myprotein but this really is not it.

The Blue Raspberry tastes amazing. I take it 30 mins before training with 400ml of water as instructed and my workouts have never been better.
