I bought this bundle as a starter pack to getting into shape and have been pleasently surprised. Pre workout is a bit sharp on the taste buds but other than that I would recommend to anyone . Protein and creatine are great and helping with recovery massively .

I thought the bundles would be improved by an increased Choice of options in flavours, however the vanilla is an all rounder and easy to add with most flavours and mixes well. The pre workout I haven’t found as affective as the previous one I bought which was the pump and it doesn’t mix as well as the after taste is till a bit powdery.
