The EAA is a super-convenient formula, containing all nine of the essential amino acids, to make the ultimate intra-workout shake.

With 7g of Amino9^®, comprising of 4.1g of the BCAA's leucine, isoleucine, and valine, these naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle¹ — making sure your body’s prepared to tackle your next training session.

To help you get the most out of every session we’ve added 500mg of coconut water and 466mg of the advanced electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium. This will help you to keep your electrolyte balance in check during your workout,² as we’ve added the essential salts that you lose through sweat.

It’s important that you have the correct balance of electrolytes as they are involved in many essential processes within the body, just like potassium which supports muscle function and the function of the nervous system.³

But that’s not all. There’s 24mg of the essential water-soluble vitamin C that’s involved in a wide range of vital functions in the body. It helps to reduce everyday tiredness and fatigue⁴, while supporting your natural defences⁵ — so can be a great pick-me-up during your workout.
