This was my first purchase of protein powder as I have just started at the gym. The spread tastes good and can be used in protein milkshakes. I went for the chocolate brownie flavour which tastes good with water, I haven’t been using it long enough to see results but I have no doubt they will come. This bundle is definitely worth it, would recommend

The chocolate spread was really nice! It spreads nicely just like any other spreads, but not as sweet, which I like!

First time trying the protein shakes and this tastes amazing. The protein spreads Great to To great felt like eating the hole tub lol but held myself from eating the lot. Very good stuff & came in 2 days :)
