I used these during my cutting faze as an energy kind of supplement. They’re great for a quick boost of energy and helps with heavy lifts. Although the one thing that is purely to do with how my stomach works, is that I experienced the worst cramps while taking these, obviously i reacted differently to them than most will. But if you have an awkward stomach, frequent heart burn or any other sort of disfunction in that area, steer well clear and save yourself the pain and money. Goes Well With: Anything really.

I've been taking these for a while now. In some languages it says to only take 1 daily and in other languages it says to take 2 daily, so I decided to go with 2 once a day. They seem to have helped me to lose some fat but don't expect to sit on your couch and take these and see your fat melt away because you won't. If mixed with training and a well balanced diet, then yes, these might help you a little. I don't know what's with the raspberry burps everyone's talking about tbh, I got none. Goes Well With: Water

Been taking a week now and seems to be working well. I am a mum of two toddlers so it Definitely gives me a energy kick that I need. Only draw back is I seem to be sweating more. Possibly a good thing as I am taking these to help with losing weight that I gained during my pregnancy. Because of the sweating I make sure I drink loads of water. But all in all seems to great so far am down a few pound's.
